Daredevils have made the hair-raising decision to ski on an erupting volcano.
A video of the breathtaking moment was recorded on Thursday (13 February) when two adrenaline junkies took to the slopes as hot lava bubbled nearby.
The two skiers can be seen gliding down the volcano with snow and ice on one side and the boiling hot liquid on the other.

Ash, hot stones and giant flames can be seen in the background.
And an image shows the skiers admiring the eruption.
Marco Bassot, who has 416,000 Instagram followers, captured the moment on camera in Sicily, Italy.
Mount Etna is an active stratovolcano on the east coast and is a popular location for skiers from all over the world.
The volcano started to erupt last Tuesday (11 February) and clips were shared online of hot lava falling down a snowy peak, as reported by What’s The Jam.
But with February marking the start of Sicily’s peak ski season, some daredevils couldn’t resist.
In a clip shared with X, Marco said: “This fracture started some days ago and created a huge, intense and impressive lava flow for more than 1,000 meters.
“I’ve seen many things in my 40 years of life but riding side by side of a flowing river of lava is one of the most special, impressive, and breathtaking experiences I’ve ever lived.”
A 3km river of lava is currently flowing out of the crater.
In the past, Etna’s eruptions have caused nearby towns to be covered in black volcanic ash.
This time round it has caused minimal disruption.
