An influencer who is soon heading into space has revealed what you can expect on the rocket.
Sara García Alonso, who has over 88,000 followers on Instagram, (@astro_sarag ), often shares insights into her life with fans, including details from her soon-to-come adventure.
The 35-year-old, formerly a university research assistant for the Spanish National Research Council, was selected as a member of the ESA Astronaut Reserve in November 2022.
And the training has been eye-opening, with Sara sharing the secrets of space travel.

“Being an astronaut is what I had always been pursuing without knowing it,” from Spain told What’s The Jam.
“[As an astronaut reserve], you get an assigned mission that you have training for, for over 15 days.
“You enter quarantine at this time and don’t have contact with anyone in person until launch day.”
Sara also has a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology and a master’s degree in biomedical and biological research, which was imperative in her getting selected for the programme.
Now, she is being given the chance to go to space on a short trip funded by the government and has revealed what she is set to expect.
She said: “On the craft, they have liquid spices!
“All of the water is recycled, including urine, but it is well-treated.
“They’ve also said that the coffee I will be having is the coffee I will have again the next day.
“There are also only two bathrooms on board and the number of times you can go is controlled.
“There will be seven of us on the craft but the amount of liquid intake is measured.”
Even the bins are controlled.
She said: “The bags are hermetically closed and go to a deposit that is then disposed of.
“It is thrown into the atmosphere with the rest of any waste, and most of them are destroyed upon entering and just vaporise.”
However, there are also fun things to do on the aircraft.
She said: “We can do lots of things!
“There is a television.
“We can dress up for Halloween, have movie and pizza nights, and celebrate birthdays.
“It’s not bad up there because we’ll all end up pretty close.
“And you can contact anyone on the planet through a call.”
All in all, Sara is looking forward to her next adventure.
She added: “It scares me but I’m excited.
“Living in an open space but somewhere that is very complex, that is what is scary.
“But it is also incredible, I will love it.”
In a clip shared to Instagram, Sara shows herself in her astronaut uniform with her hair perfectly styled, walking towards the space station.
She then points and looks to the station before posing for the camera.T

The video has gathered over 70,000 views, as well as 4,000 likes and lots of comments from fans.
