A schoolboy has been completely dwarfed by a monster 13ft sunflower – after bringing home a tiny seed from class.
Five-year-old Cohen planted the seed in mum Chelsie Louise Buckley’s back garden in June.
But the family watched in amazement as the school project shot up to a staggering height and towered over their home in Raunds, Northants.

Pictures show little Cohen standing beside the enormous plant, which looms high above his head.
His younger brother Logan, two, is also completely dwarfed by the giant bloom.
The family had been left wondering when the sunflower would finally stop growing, until it eventually burst into flower, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Chelsie said: “This is my son’s huge sunflower that he brought home from school.
“We were wondering when it was going to stop growing but it’s finally now flowered ”
The family did their best to measure the towering plant and recorded it at around 150 inches – approximately 12ft 6ins.
And they are now hoping to use seeds from the monster flower to grow more next year.
Chelsie added: “It’s huge.
“We love any sun flowers.
“We’re planning to save the seeds to grow next year.”
