The perfect number plate for a pianist has sold for a whopping £69,000.
The P1ANO reg hasn’t been used on a car for 28 years.
It was put up for auction and sold for over three times the price of a new car in the UK – which is £23,000.

It would be ideal for Elton John or Stevie Wonder.
But there is a catch.
The buyer only bought the license from the DVLA.
They will now have to go out and purchase the actual plates themselves to put on a vehicle.
It was sold by Piano Auction Ltd in Bedford, as reported on What’s The Jam.
A spokesman said: “DVLA Registration Plate P1ANO.
“A unique and rare number plate that has been off the market since 1997.
“This is quite possibly the ultimate piano accessory.
“The new owner will have to purchase physical plates.”
