A lucky woman scooped over £3,000 off a free bet at Cheltenham despite not knowing what a stake is.
Faye Parry’s fivefold accumulator came in yesterday (12 Mar).
Picking five horses to win each way, she backed Slade Steel in the first race of the festival at 13:30 at 4/1.
Faye also backed Gaelic Warrior – at 9/4 – in the second race of the day at 14:10.

Then Chianti Classico in the third race at 14:50 at 13/2.
She also lumped on State Man – 4/9 – in the 15:30 and finally Lossiemouth in the 16:10 at 8/11.
With all of the five horses winning their race Faye walked away with a whopping £3,095.59.
The 28-year-old had a £20 free bet with Coral.
Faye, of Liverpool, posted her winnings online while other punters were in awe of the bet and began to ask questions.
This led Faye to reveal that she had no idea what they meant when she was asked what the stake was, replying, ‘What’s that?’.
Faye said: “Why’s everyone crying because I won money but didn’t know what a stake was.
“Sorry to all your betters.
“Can’t believe I’ve just won three grand.”
The Everton supporter is a big fan of striker, Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
She joked: “Anyone know how much a meet and greet is with Calvert-Lewin?”
Punters gave their two pence on the matter, with one stating: “Don’t even know what the word stake meant and still won £3,000.
“I’m hating, I can’t lie.”
Another said: “Wins three grand without knowing what a stake is.
“I have lost that amount and then some in the past month, what the f*ck man.”
Another stated: “Wins three grand on the horses.
“Doesn’t know what a stake is.
“When can I win a f*cking bet.”
