A man claims he snuck into Parklife Festival undetected simply by wearing his high-vis work vest.
The reveller, named Jack, said he confidently strolled into the two-day music event.
He said he wore his bright yellow vest to blend in with festival staff.
Thanks to his confident and unsuspecting disguise, Jack claims he was able to enjoy a cheeky rave to himself for an hour.
He said: “But today, on a whim, I snuck into Parklife in my work gear and hi vis.
”Strolled right through the front door.
”Thought it was quite funny.”
The annual two-day festival takes place at Heaton Park, Manchester.
It took place last weekend of 10 and 11 June and tickets cost £125.
This year’s headliners included The Prodigy and The 1975.
He said he did it on the second day after claiming to be an engineer to fix a broken chilling unit.
He has vowed to try it at Glastonbury.
Jack added: “Glasto next.”
Festival goers were left in stitches at Jack’s brave stint.
Mark Lord said: “That’s incredible mate.
”Love it.”
”Always makes me laugh how far a bit of confidence and acting like you’re supposed to be there can get you,” said Billy.
Another festival go-er said: “A legend.”
However, some people were not so impressed.
One woman, called Lexi said: “This shows how shocking security has been at festivals this summer.”
Parklife Festival has been approached for comment.
