A woman who lives next door to Wembley Stadium gets to hear artists such as Taylor Swift and Dua Lipa for free.
Anne Marie Deeb spends £2,300 a month on her flat, which she shares with her partner.
And although the high rent and expensive living area may set her back a few quid, the 28-year-old saves money on concert tickets.
“I personally feel that the location and view are absolutely worth the cost of the apartment,” Anne Marie told What’s The Jam.
“One of my favourite things is sitting on my balcony and listening to live concerts or watching the fireworks at the end of an event.
“There’s always something happening, whether it’s at the stadium, the OVO arena, Boxpark, or along Olympic Way, which keeps the area feeling vibrant and exciting.
“Between the concerts, constant events, including amenities, and little extras – it all adds up to make the cost feel worthwhile to me.
“I think it is good value for money.
“Bills are included in the rent, and there’s an on-site gym that’s also included, which makes a big difference.
“There’s a 24/7 staff and security patrolling not only the building but the surrounding area too, which helps me feel safe.
“Another huge plus is that the complex is pet-friendly, which can be hard to find.
“My cat, Suki, loves it here – she’ll often perch on a cabinet and watch people go by, especially on event days when it’s even livelier outside.
“Overall, it’s a very modern, comfortable, and secure place to live, and I’m really happy with my decision to move here.”
It is also a popular filming location.
Anne Marie, who works in higher education, said: “They film a lot of movies and shows in this area, which I find so fascinating.
“I actually met Glen Powell filming outside my apartment.
“It can sometimes be a bit challenging dealing with the large crowds during events.
“Over time, though, I’ve learned to adapt, plan ahead, and avoid the busiest times, so it doesn’t bother me too much.”
And she has even had friends and family ask to visit or stay over for concerts.
Anne Marie, who is originally from New York but relocated to London, said: “Especially for big events, like when some friends stayed during the Taylor Swift concert in exchange for looking after my cat.
“Recently, for Linkin Park, Lana Del Rey and Green Day, I have had listening parties on the balcony.
“Sometimes I’ll also have little gatherings on event nights.”
Anne Marie shared a video on TikTok of scenes from her balcony, which gathered 315,000 views.
Fireworks from Dua Lipa, Taylor Swift, UEFA Champions League Final and AC/DC can be seen as she rates them from one to 10.
The post has since gained over 30,000 likes and many comments from fans.
Lizzy said, “You are so lucky you practically get a free concert.”
Poppy added, “A dream to live here as a concert girl.”
Mikela joked: “Are u looking for a roommate?”
Chloe said, “I’d get massive fomo living here.”
Lucy added: “I don’t even wanna think about how much ur rent is.”
Anne Marie added: “One of the best parts of living here has been all the amazing events I’ve ended up seeing, sometimes thanks to last-minute tickets.
“I’ve been to concerts like Dua Lipa, and sports events including the Women’s FA Cup Final, Jaguars vs. Ravens, Australia vs. England, and USA vs. England.
“Oh, and something everyone always wants to know – yes, the windows are double-glazed!
“When they’re shut, I can barely hear anything, even on the busiest event days, which makes a huge difference.”
