An estate agent has gone viral after reportedly offering a complimentary Porsche for anyone purchasing a condo.
Erin Price Emery, a realtor from RE/MAX All Points Reality Group, has left budding property buyers baffled after revealing the unusual extra they could score when securing their bricks and mortar.
In an Instagram post, (@erinpriceemery ), which has over 775,000 views so far, she stands in front of a 911 Carrera GTS Porsche, a car that ranges in price but can cost several hundred thousand dollars.
Erin, who is based in Canada, then goes on to tell the internet that they can score a vehicle like this for free – if they purchase a condo in Montréal or Vancouver.

In the video, she says “different homes come with different types of Porsches” but all are “no lease”.
“Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to own a condo and drive away in a Porsche,” an extract from the caption reads, as Erin asks fans to text, email or direct message her for more information.
The video has so far gathered 14,300 likes and hundreds of comments from shocked fans, and featured on What’s The Jam.
