An urban explorer has revealed the eerie remains of an abandoned hotel – complete with a decaying swimming pool frozen in time.
Jamie Robinson was stunned by what he found after stepping inside the derelict complex.
Inside, he found entire rooms still furnished – with beds, tables, trophies and sports equipment left behind in the vast, silent space.

The 25-year-old described the hotel as “rotting”, saying it closed earlier this year.
“It closed at the start of 2025 and has been left to rot with all the doors completely wide open and everything still inside,” Jamie, from Belfast, Northern Ireland, told What’s The Jam.
He also shared the images on Instagram, where he has over 30,300 followers, after coming across the site “randomly” while touring Sicily.
Images show the pool, with its old, brown roof towering over the top.
There are also old team posters, flags and diving boards visible, plus pool equipment, toys and hoses.
In the hotel, Jamie found old but complete furniture, including armchairs, beds and headboards.
In the dining area, there were also sets of dining chairs and tables – left as if ready for the next seating.
There is also an image of a cleaner’s trolley ready to be used, as well as shots of trophies, a bar, an old basketball court and an old tennis court.
Once a lively hub for holidaymakers and athletes alike, the hotel now stands silent – its once-bustling corridors now filled with dust.
Though nature has begun to creep in and decay has taken hold, traces of the life that once filled the building remain – a haunting reminder of how quickly places can be forgotten.
For now, Jamie says the derelict site remains open to the elements, a ghostly monument to a more vibrant era.
