A terraced house is on sale for just £105,000, but all is not quite as it seems.
Although the property is advertised as having two bedrooms, one of the rooms is so tiny, that there’s no room to turn around – meaning you’d likely have to jump into bed from the door.
The home in Wales has gone viral online, with Reddit users comparing it to Harry Potter’s Cupboard Under The Stairs.

The bedroom in question is on the first floor and measures 13′ 2” x 4′ 3” (4.01m x 2.59), just enough to fit a single bed from wall to wall.
Along with a drum kit directly behind the headboard.
On the upside, the matchbox-size space does have two windows.
The house also features a large living room, kitchen, ground floor bathroom, and another bedroom – this one standard size.
Located in Caernarfon, Gwynedd, the area also has a unique history with a famous castle from the Middle Ages – a UNESCO World Heritage site –not far away.
The town was also named a royal borough in 1963.
Even with these plus points, the internet isn’t convinced it can be called a two-bed.
One user described the room as “The Potter Wing.”
Another person said: “Brings new meaning of ‘climbing into bed’.
“Wow. So my teenager doesn’t actually have the smallest bedroom in the world? I will have to let him know, he will be thrilled,” joked another person.
Someone else added: “When the landing is bigger than the bedroom!”
“Imagine having to make that bed! How one would wrangle a fitted sheet without any space to stand down 3/4 sides is beyond me,” said another Reddit user.
The house also comes with an enclosed rear yard area and is within 0.6 miles of four schools.
But transport links are limited, with the nearest being 6.2 miles away in Llanfairpwllgwyngyll.
The property is available on a freehold basis and is advertised by Williams & Goodwin, The Property People.
