An urban explorer has left TikTok users feeling uneasy after discovering the “most overgrown hoarder’s home you’ll ever see”.
Sean Piper, from Kent, found the rotting property full of damp clothes and animal droppings.
The content creator shared a video of the house, which he says has been abandoned for years.

“The lingering smell has put me off ever going back again, as have the sheer amount of thick cobwebs and animal droppings,” he told What’s The Jam.
“I’m used to dirty, abandoned houses but this was next level.”
Sean says the property was most likely left to rot after the owner died and their family inherited it.
He said the only thing that looked relatively organised in the home was paperwork.
Letters and receipts were piled up on top of everything else, suggesting relatives had tried to find information of importance at one time.
Sean’s clip of the discovery, uploaded to his TikTok account (@seanurbex), has racked up over 9,000 views, leaving users shocked.
He said: “It was actually pretty disgusting inside.
“Damp clothes all over the floor, rat droppings and other animal mess on the floor, and on top of the piles of hoarded stuff.
“We got in through a backdoor that was left open and the smell was overwhelming as soon as we walked in through the overgrown garden.
“There were also a few derelict, disused cars in the front garden.”
In the video, Sean can be seen wandering around outside, showing the camera four abandoned, neglected cars – overgrown and rusting away.
Inside the house, he finds the “most disgusting kitchen” he’s ever seen.
And in the living room, belongings are piled high on top of the furniture.
Plenty of ornaments and personal belongings remain in the house, as well as family photos, teddies and books.
In the bathroom, bags and boxes were covering the floor, making it hard for Sean to even open the door.
Sean said: “The house was handed over to family who have just left it unattended to.
“I’ve heard the house has been abandoned for about five years but it looks like longer to me.”
