A passerby has captured the scary moment a Bichon Frisé dog was spotted running down the hard shoulder of the M66.
The video was captured yesterday (4 March) by Daniel Delaney, a passenger of a car on the other side of the motorway.
The dog can be seen running the opposite way down the hard shoulder of the M66, a motorway in Lancashire.

The fluffy white pup continues to run up the busy road as cars whiz past, running in the direction of Bury, as reported by What’s The Jam.
It has been said that the dog, named Miss Fluffball, was being walked in a field nearby.
But the seven-year-old was spooked by a loud noise and ran away, taking her to the M66.
Thankfully, the dog was later found uninjured and was reunited with her owner, Francesca Drappier.
Missy Fluffball is uninjured but “very achy” from running for so long.
Francesca told local news: “Thankfully she had an angel looking over her shoulder.”
