A dog that went missing for seven weeks suddenly showed up at home after an epic 45-mile journey.
The dog’s owner Nilaya shared a heartwarming video of her pet Baew being cradled by her father after unexpectedly returning home.
She said her beloved pooch disappeared on the night of 13 August.

Nilaya took Baew to a vet’s appointment and had to wait for some blood tests to come back the following day.
She left her dog at her sister’s house because it was closer to the vets than her own home.
However, the 13-year-old canine suddenly vanished and family members were unable to find her.
They placed notices around the area and offered a reward of £69 (THB 3,000) to anyone who could provide information on Baew’s whereabouts.
Nilaya said they spent over £230 (THB 10,000) trying to locate the missing pooch.
And then, seven weeks later, Baew suddenly showed up at Nilaya’s home in Nakhon Ratchasrima in central Thailand on 3 October.
The dog had apparently walked 45 miles (72 km) from Nilaya’s sister’s house in 51 days.
She said the dog appeared exhausted and went straight to her father Chamlong.
Nilaya added that the dog’s strong bond with her dad is probably what motivated her to find her way home.
Chamlong explained that his daughter rescued Baew and brought her home when she was just a puppy.
He said the dog is very smart and used to help him herd cattle, but is now 13 years old and starting to develop health problems.
He added that his daughter was so happy that she cried all night when Baew showed up, as reported by What’s The Jam.
In the clip, she tells her shocked family members: “Everyone, Baew is home!”
Chamlong is seen hugging the pooch, apparently unable to contain his joy.
