A personal trainer ended up with a comically-swollen lip after a reaction to a filler removal.
Sandra González’s chops ballooned when she got them dissolved.
She joked: “First of all, good afternoon.

“Secondly, this is not a filter.”
The influencer filmed herself in a car park where she explained to her 62,400 TikTok followers that her lip was swollen due to an allergic reaction.
It all began when she got hyaluronic acid fillers at a sketchy clinic when she was a teenager.
Despite repeated attempts to fix her lips over the years, she still suffers the side effects.
González told her fans: “When I was 18, I went to a clinic that later disappeared. Bit weird, right?
“And now, at 23, I’ve gone back to try to get rid of it for the second time, and yep, it’s given me an allergy.”
Looking like she’d been stung by a bee, the gym-loving Spaniard issued a warning.
She said: “If you’re thinking of getting any touch-ups or anything like that, make sure it’s a decent clinic.”
Gonzaléz’s video had been watched 8.8m times at the time of writing, as reported by What’s The Jam.
One follower joked : “If it rains, your feet won’t get wet.”
Another added: “I was going to leave a cheeky comment, but then I thought, hold on.
“This woman deserves praise for the courage to share her story and try to help, knowing the risks she’s taking.”
A third remarked: “Loving yourself costs less.”
A fourth said: “You could suggest that 18-year-old girls don’t need to get anything done.”
But González hit back: “Everyone does whatever they want with their face, body, and money here!
“Live your life and stop being so bitter.”
