Now, he’s revealed the simple way to stop a migraine in its tracks – and it costs less than £2, reports What’s The Jam.
He shared the advice online, asking up over 8.1m views and over 635,000 likes.
Dr Jason begins with saying: “You want to grab two rags or short towels.
“One needs to be cold, so run it under cold water, and the other under hot water.”
He then advises to wring them both at the same time, before placing the cold rag over your forehead.
The doctor, from Loudoun County, Virginia, US, continued: “[This will] construct your blood vessels and reduce inflammation.
“While the hot rag goes right behind your neck to improve blood flow and relax the muscles.
“Keep them on for about five to seven minutes at the same time and then watch your migraine naturally manage.”
One face cloth from Asda costs 80p, meaning the trick will cost you just £1.60.
