A mum was left in stitches after a bargain pair of sandals that she ordered from Shein turned out to be tiny enough to fit a doll.
Shauna O’Neill decided to treat herself to some new clothes ahead of a family holiday with her fiancé, Gary, and their son, Bailey.
While browsing the retail site, the 27-year-old spotted a cute pair of sandals for just £3.34 and quickly added them to her basket.

The mum-of-one, from Crewe, couldn’t wait for them to arrive.
But when the sandals finally turned up a few weeks later, Shauna discovered they barely fit three of her toes, let alone her whole foot.
Shauna shared the hilarious purchase in a Facebook mum group, where it has since gone viral with over 2,900 likes and nearly 500 comments.
“I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes,” the mum told What’s The Jam.
“Me and my fiancé burst out laughing and haven’t stopped since.
“I had no idea they made shoes so small – especially not with a heel too.
“It was absolutely hilarious.
“I ordered a bunch of things at the same time so I didn’t see the listing name at first.
“It’s the best mistake I’ve made in a while.”
Shauna, who placed the order on 16 June, checked back on the website and discovered the not-so-small detail she’d missed.
The shoes were actually listed as children’s sandals.
The budding content creator (@itsshaunao and @Shaunabkx) said: “After I opened the package, I went back onto the website and saw that they do state they are children’s shoes, so it was fully my mistake.
“I was too distracted by what I thought was a bargain.”
But the sandals didn’t go to waste.
In a twist nobody saw coming, the miniature heels found a new owner in the family’s dog, Kaya.
Shauna said: “She’s such a good girl and loves to be dressed up, as you can see from the happiness in her little face!
“Kaya could hardly believe her luck getting her very own pair of sandals for the summer.
“She just needs a pedicure to go with them now.”
The hilarious mix-up – and the doggy fashion show – has left people online cracking up.
Kayleen said: “Ok so that’s me now removing the sandals from my Shein basket I was just about to order.”
Someone else added: “Omg I laughed with tears. You ordered the kids size but was even so funny to see you tryin’ them.”
One person said: “I couldn’t breathe at the three toes in them but then when I saw the dog I lost it, pretty girl needs them in all colours.”
Bre said: “This has made my day, i wasn’t in the best of moods until nw….. I’m bloody cryingggggg.”
Another person said: “I was going to order these, so glad I didn’t.”
“Someone didn’t check the description properly to see they were girls and not women’s. I’ve just had a pair of sandals from Shein and they’re fine,” said someone else.
Another person said: “You’ve gotta translate the sizes, I’ve done this loads.”
Thankfully, Shauna still has time to grab a new pair of sandals before jetting off on her trip.
She added: “My family and friends found it so funny.
“Not just the fact I made a silly mistake but the silver lining of it all – it’s certainly brought many smiles to many faces, mainly Kayla’s!
“I’ve still got time to get some other shoes, just not from Shein.”
