A man was left questioning reality after spotting a goat wearing a jacket sitting up in the back seat of a car.
Simon could not believe his eyes when he came face-to-face with the unlikely passenger while out for the day in Brentwood, Essex.
The IT project manager had been visiting friends for a few drinks and some food when the surreal encounter occurred.

Simon and his group were walking through the town on their way to get a curry, when a friend suddenly stopped in her tracks.
“She just turned to me and said, ‘Look over there, there’s a goat!’” Simon, 48, told What’s The Jam.
“Naturally, I thought she was winding me up.”
But when Simon turned around, he realised this was no joke.
“Lo and behold, there was indeed a goat sticking his head out of a 4×4 and watching us.”
The animal, later revealed to be called Blue, was calmly sitting in the back seat of the car, and wearing a jacket.
So the group quickly hoofed it across the road to take a closer look.
“We had to say hi to little Blue the goat,” Simon explained.
“I genuinely thought it was a fever dream because I’d had a couple of beers.”
Simon, who is from Stratford, London, later shared the clip online, where it caused widespread amusement.
One said: “Hes very handsome and smart in that coat. Bless him.”
“A very loved pet in his dapper jacket,” another wrote.
A third joked: “New kid on the block.”
“OH MY GOD HAHAHAHAHAHA I LOVE THIS SO MUCH,” another exclaimed.
“Goat in a coat in a 4×4 in a small town. This is the most British thing I’ve ever seen,” a fifth added.
