An expert has revealed the latest celebrity engagement ring trends and how you can copy them without forking out a fortune.
Earlier this month, actress Zendaya sparked a frenzy when being spotted at the Golden Globes wearing a huge rock on her ring finger.
After many speculations, it was confirmed that she was engaged to long-time boyfriend, actor Tom Holland – and according to reports, with a 5.02-carat east-west cushion diamond, worth over £163,000.

But they’re not the only celebrities who have said yes to the big question this year; with a trend being spotted amongst the rings of choice.
Now, Anna Byers, a renowned jewellery maker and expert in engagement rings, has revealed how to copy these popular designs – without breaking the bank.
“The big upcoming trends for 2025 would be the east-to-west setting – like Zendaya – and the marquise setting,” she told What’s The Jam.
“And always, the solitaire.
“Just the plain band with a big stone is always going to be a firm favourite.
“To emulate the celeb-worthy engagement ring without breaking the bank; firstly look at lab-grown diamonds.
“The emergence [of these] has made it really easy to sport a rock on your finger, without too much strain on the wallet.
“Secondly, consider alternative ways you can wear classic designs; maybe a little contemporary twist on it.
“That’ll always make you feel like a superstar.”
Anna, who is head of bespoke for 77 Diamonds, is known for designing Mylene Klass’ 7.6-carat black diamond ring in 2021.

Ryan Edwards and Amanda Conner
The Teen Mom duo revealed they are due to tie the knot after posting a video of the moment the big question was popped on Sunday (14 January).
But what are the details of the ring?
Anna said: “Amanda’s ring looks to have yellow gold diamond set shoulders, with a delicate platinum diamond set halo and a three-carat oval.
“An impressive ring and one that we estimate to be worth in the region of £70,000.”
Chloë Grace Moretz and Kate Harrison
The Kick-Ass actress and model were first linked in December 2018.
On New Year’s Day, she shared a slideshow of snaps from her year in review; including a shot of both their hands, with matching engagement rings.
The price? An eye-watering £30,000 each.
She said: “Both Chloë and Kate’s rings look to be round-cut diamond solitaires, around two carats each.
“Kate’s looks to be a yellow gold ring with a classic solitaire, featuring vintage or milgrain detailing around the bezel.
“Whilst Chloë’s is a white gold or platinum ring with a wider diamond set band.
“Both beautiful.”

Six years after winning the reality dating show, he’s found love elsewhere; and has now got down on one knee to prove it.
It was announced in a joint Instagram post, alluding to the fact it happened on the countdown to the new year.

Anna said: “The ring looks to be a trilogy design in 18-karat gold with trapeze or baguette side stones and a centre rectangular radiant diamond.
“It looks to be two carats and makes for a beautifully delicate ring.
“Estimated value of £20,000.”

The Eastenders actress announced her engagement in a social media post on 12 January, captioned: “So this happened.”
And Anna says this is the most interesting ring of them all.
She said: “It boasts a quite unconventional design, with stone detailing over the band.
“The stone itself could either be a rose-cut diamond, a coloured diamond, or a gemstone of around 1.5 carats, set in a halo design.
“It’s hard to value without knowing what the stone is exactly, but this ring looks to be worth in the region of £15,000 to £25,000.”
Montana Jordan and Jenna Weeks
The Young Sheldon actor posted a series of sweet shots, sharing the love he has for his soon-to-be wife.
It appears the question was popped in a forest, with rose petals scattered on the floor and a huge ‘Marry Me’ sign in the background.
The ring, however, was kept rather simple.
Anna said: “Jenna’s ring is a classic yellow-gold diamond solitaire, with a two-carat stone.
“Interestingly, it looks to be a marquise cut, which has come back on trend in recent months, following several high-profile celebrity engagements.
“It’s worth an estimated £24,000.”
