A one-bedroom studio flat in a back garden is being let for £1,025 a month but it can sleep TWELVE people.
The pokey pad comes furnished but only has one double bed.
There’s also a fridge freezer, a table with four dining chairs plus a wardrobe.
Only a sink is visible in the kitchen area and there is a small bathroom with a shower, toilet and small basin.

As well as the rent – which works out at £12,300 a year – a deposit of one month’s rent is required upfront.
For the cost of a year’s rent, tenants could almost buy a house in the cheapest town in the country to live.
There are currently properties for sale in Shildon, Co Durham for as little as £15,000.
Bills are not included and pets are not allowed.
