A stunned homeowner was left scratching his head after finding his pet goat stranded on the roof of his house.
Neighbours in Barbacena, near Belo Horizonte, Brazil, spotted the cheeky animal perched on the tiled rooftop on Saturday (30 Aug) and quickly alerted its baffled owner.
He admitted he had no idea how the goat had managed to clamber up there, saying he usually kept it in his back garden, as reported by What’s The Jam.

Unable to coax the animal down, the man was forced to call in the fire brigade.
Firefighters used a rope to lasso the goat before carefully leading it onto the gated entrance and back down to safety.
The relieved owner was reunited with his mischievous pet, which appeared completely unfazed by the whole drama.
The Fire Department later shared footage of the bizarre rescue online, sparking plenty of amused reactions.
One local said: “My home state is amazing.”
