Footage of a giant sea slug caught by a fisherwoman has gone viral on social media, garnering more than 20 million views thanks to its bizarre appearance.
The unusual mollusk was discovered when fishers sank a bait bag and tried to pull it up, only to find the slug clinging to the line.
The footage was shared by Tatiana Lyu, who captured the beast recently.

“We have never seen such a huge one,” the 40-year-old told What’s The Jam.
The creature, believed to weigh at least 11lbs, caused a stir online due its sheer size and strange appearance.
One social media user commented: “Wow, I’ve never seen something this big every time I go to Yeongduk. Awesome.”
Another person likened it to “whale vomit”.
Someone else said: “You just KNOW they’re gonna eat it!”

“Don’t eat it, please,” another grossed-out viewer wrote.
Someone else added: “That looks nasty and slimy. Barf.”

The slug was carefully handled and released after the catch, allowing fishers to continue their day on the water.

While harmless to humans, they remain a rare sight.
