Although the listing shows furniture, the description states it comes unfurnished.
The landlord says two tenants can live in the unusual property.
As well as the staggering rent, they must also pay a £1,615 deposit.
It is located in upmarket Kingston Vale, near Kingston-upon-Thames, south London.

However, all bills are paid for, including electricity and water.
