Musician Ed Sheeran is flogging his pre-loved budgy smuggler trunks for just £30.

The 34-year-old singer is having a clear out of his old clobber, guitars and other belongings – and they’re selling for bargain prices.

The singer-songwriter has donated a whopping 200 items to St Elizabeth Hospice, in Ipswich, for a pop up shop and online auction.

And the most bizarre lot is a pair of the Bad Habits star’s swimming trunks.

One of the most sought-after offerings is the star’s custom painted martin LX1E acoustic guitar.

The eye-catching instrument is set to fetch £200.

The guitar is plastered in random designs including the Pittsburgh Penguins logo, a lion, Lego head, Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Gingerbread Man, Pingu, Gecko and Pittsburgh skyline.

The pop up shop will take place this Saturday (31 May) at the St Elizabeth Hospice Martlesham Retail Centre, in Martlesham, near Ipswich.

Clare Chater, Director of Income Generation at St Elizabeth Hospice, said: “We are incredibly grateful to Ed for generously donating such a fantastic collection of items for the auction – which will be a really special opportunity for Ed Sheeran fans.

“Our thanks also go to Bishop & Miller for hosting the auction, which will generate essential funds for our services.

“Each year, our hospice team supports thousands of people across East & Mid-Suffolk, Great Yarmouth, and Waveney.

“We rely on donations and fundraising to continue this vital work, and every penny raised from the auction will directly benefit those in our care.”

Oliver Miller, Managing Director of Bishop & Miller Auctioneers said: “Once again Ed has been very generous to the hospice and we are delighted to be doing something a little different this time.

“A pop-up shop gives everyone the chance to take a look at what has been donated and the objects you can potentially bid on.

“We also love to support the hospice with their fundraising and we can’t wait to see how this pop up shop and online auction goes.”
