A festive chip shop is selling giant battered pigs in blankets in time for Christmas.
It is a jumbo version of the Christmas dinner side dish.
The chip shop sausage has been wrapped in bacon.
It is then dunked in batter before being deep-fried.

They are available to buy from Shield Row Chippy in Stanley, County Durham.
They cost £3 per sausage.
But you can get them in a meal with chips for £5.20.
However, pigs in blanket lovers will have to act fast as they are only available this month.
Boss Kris said: “No prizes for guessing our most popular item.

“Battered pigs in blankets are a huge hit.
“They are available now and for the whole of December.”
Customers have been going mad for the festive treat.
