A video has gone viral on TikTok showing the moment a man corrected a woman’s ‘bad form’ at the gym – only to fail miserably himself.
Samantha Dederichs was attempting a handstand during a workout at her local gym when the man next to her joked “bad form”.
The 22-year-old challenged him to try the tricky move himself, and he can immediately be seen struggling before collapsing to the ground while Samantha cackles.

“I knew he was just messing around but I had expected him to actually hold a handstand so that I could see his form and correct myself if needed,” Samantha, a painting instructor from Savannah, Georgia, US, told What’s The Jam.
“That obviously didn’t work out too well!
“We both laughed it off and, surprisingly enough, he can actually hold a very impressive handstand.
“I think the reaction the video got is hilarious.
“People are so quick to make assumptions about people on the internet with absolutely no context but it makes a good story!
“I got a few fist bumps at the gym and [he] got some people messing with him to ask to teach them how to do a handstand.”
