A family house has been mocked after estate agents used a kids’ drawing of the home to sell it – but there is a really cute reason why.
The detached, riverside four-bed house is on the market for £415,000.
The luxury pad has recently been completely renovated.
It includes a sleek modern kitchen, spacious living room and a new bathroom.

The property in Mexborough, near Doncaster, South Yorkshire is being sold by EweMove estate agents.
But prospective buyers can only see what it looks like from inside.
Only the child’s drawing gave any indication of the front of the house.
One home hunter quipped: “That’s one way to save on estate agent fees.”
Another added: “Estate agent forget to take an outside pic?”

Weeks of bad weather in the area meant they were unable to take one of the outside.
But the seller’s granddaughter had recently drawn a beautiful picture of it so they used that instead.
A EweMove spokesperson said: “The weather has been atrocious.

“We got our photographer to go out but he could not get a picture of the front.”
They then were handed the drawing.
The spokesperson said: “I thought it’s absolutely fantastic.
“We thought it can’t hurt.
“We decided to live it until the weather gets better.”
The house is also being advertised on Rightmove.
The listing reads: “A simply stunning detached family home both aesthetically speaking and in its versatility, and size.
