Locals are in a flap after a crazy woman on a mobility scooter is hellbent on harming seagulls.

The whacky woman has been targeting the menace birds in her motorised buggy.

A shocked witness said they had seen the sickening scenes twice with the demon driver even cackling after one direct hit.

Both incidents happened in Paignton, Devon, as reported on What’s The Jam.

The disgusted local said: “Can I please put a post up about a women deliberately running over a seagull with a mobility scooter.

“This is the second time I’ve seen this lady do this and she takes great joy in hurting seagulls to the point she drives off cackling.

“And making load of comments about hitting or missing them.

“So today she got her wish by deliberately hiting a seagull on her mobility scooter and she hurt it. [sic]

“The seagull now has an injured leg.

“And yes I did give her a few choice words.”

Local Andrew Ellis said: “I would disable that mobility scooter in a heartbeat.

“That’s just senseless violence and let’s be honest if we saw young people doing it they would get lynched.”

Christine Bentley added: “All wild gulls in the United Kingdom are protected by the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.

“It is illegal to kill, catch or injure wild gulls in the UK without a permit.

“This applies to active nests, eggs, and chicks as well.

“Yes, some people call them flying rats but that doesn’t mean it’s OK to do what that woman did.”

And Janet Amery said: “Horrible person, harming living creatures. so sad, how someone can be so cruel?”

Seagulls are loathed across the UK for divebombing Brits for their chips and ice creams.
