A dad’s reaction to his baby’s first words has left the internet in tears.
Betsy Stalls and her husband Michael Stalls were in the bathroom with their baby girl, Jade, when the adorable moment took place.
The couple, who are both 29 years old, had been trying to get their nine-month-old toddler to speak for a long while – with no success.

Baby Jade clearly had her own agenda.
On a random day, while her mum snapped a recording of their happy family in front of a mirror, she finally uttered a phrase.
And her dad’s heartwarming reaction – also captured on camera – has captured over 20.5m views and 4.4m likes online.
“We’ve been trying to get her to say mama and dada for a while to no avail,” Jade, who is a full-time stay-at-home mom, told What’s The Jam.
“I started recording the video in the first place because she was saying ‘Ba-ba-ba-ba’ over and over and I thought it was so cute.

“So when she looked at Michael and actually said ‘Dada’ – it was like a miracle.
“I think she’s accidentally said ‘Hey’ or ‘Hi’ sounds before but nothing as intentional as her saying ‘Dada’.”
Michael’s mouth falls open as he hears Jade’s first words.

Moments later, the design engineer looks away from the camera as tears appear to form in his eyes.
And the internet just can’t handle this love-bomb moment.
“His face instantly getting red and realising he is the richest man alive ughhh,” said Tiara.
Alexis added: “I don’t know why this instantly made me sob.”
“We all cryin now,” said Amy.
“Fighting for his life to hold back the tears, so sweet,” added Cassie.
Alexis said: “Hey so this made me cry.”
Kate simply added: “I’m crying.”
Betsy, who hails from Memphis, Tennessee, added: “The online response has been overwhelmingly supportive.
“A few random hate comments here and there, but that’s to be expected on the internet.
“We believe that Jade (our daughter) is first and foremost a child of God and we’re given the opportunity to be her parents on Earth.
“Every day is truly a blessing!”
